Peter Bugden has been an operating director of the business for over 30 years, building one of the biggest client bases in Port Macquarie.

In 2012, after both working within the business for a number of years, Grant Carson  joined Peter as director to continue to build upon an already solid foundation. 

Both Directors have extensive knowledge within their corresponding fields of expertise and bring with them their own unique methodology to Bugden & Partners.
