Peter has over 35 years experience in the industry. Peter graduated from Sydney University with a Bachelor of Economics in 1971 whilst he worked at Ernst and Young Chartered Accountants, Sydney. After two years Peter was recruited by Charles J Beg & Associates Accountants into their taxation and business section. In 1976 Peter became a Senior Accountant with Williams and Stevenson Chartered Accountants Sydney where he specialised in taxation and small business. In 1980 he became a Partner in the firm and opened the Port Macquarie office, known as Williams Bugden & Co, to service the clients of the area. In 1985 Peter took over control of the practice under the name of Bugden & Partners and has continued in this practice specialising in taxation, investment, superannuation and retirement planning.

Bill has over 32 years experience as a Chartered Accountant specialising in taxation planning and financial planning. Bill completed a Commerce Degree at the University of NSW whilst working and training with Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants in Sydney. After gaining his qualifications as a Chartered Accountant and Certified Practising Accountant he moved to Albury to help run the new Albury Wodonga Growth Centre office for Price Waterhouse. Bill spent 15 years in Albury working in tax and estate planning as well as starting a financial planning practice in 1986. Bill moved back to Wauchope in 1991 where he joined Bugden & Partners as a Senior Accountant in Port Macquarie and became a partner in 1997.

Norm works at the Wauchope Office and lives on a farm at Comboyne. Norm obtained the above qualifications and has been associated with the firm for over 20 years providing a wide range of accounting and taxation services.

Rob completed his Banking Certificate with NSW TAFE in 1984 and Bachelor of Business with Mitchell CAE (now known as Charles Sturt University) in 1987. Rob studied part-time whilst being employed by Westpac Banking Corporation, where he worked for 16 years. During that time Rob was employed in various management roles including Retail / Branch, Commercial, Corporate Banking and the Money Market. After Rob left Westpac he operated his own small business with his wife within Port Macquarie before joining Bugden & Partners in 2001. Rob has since recommenced studies and is in the process of obtaining his Certified Practising Accountant qualifications.

Since joining Bugden & Partners Rob has assisted clients achieve both their business and personal goals through innovative and quality accounting and taxation services.

Crisanta completed a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Business Administration at the University of Santo Thomas, Manila Philippines. Crisanta moved to Australia in mid 1988 and in 1995 commenced studying an Advance Diploma in Accounting at Port Macquarie TAFE. After completing her Diploma, she began working with Bugden & Partners in March 1998. Crisanta has been a member of the National Institute of Accountants since November 1998 and a Registered Tax Agent since November 2000. In December 2006 Crisanta completed a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting at Southern Cross University and is presently studying the Chartered Accountants Program. At Bugden & Partners Crisanta is a senior accountant providing financial accounting and tax reporting services for individuals, self managed super funds, partnership, trusts and companies.

Rene earned his degree in Accountancy in April 1982 from Mindanao State University - Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT) as a cum laude graduate. He was a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines and was an active member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Rene earned his Masters in Business Management from MSU-IIT in April 1995. In his desire to upgrade his skills and knowledge suitable to the Australian environment, Rene has undertaken bridging courses in Australian Taxation and Australian Company Law at the University of Southern Queensland. He has also completed the Chartered Accountants Program and became a member of the Institute in July 2009. Rene has over twenty (20) years of overseas accounting experience in the commercial & industrial sector prior to joining Bugden & Partners. He started his career with a leading steel manufacturing company in the Philippines handling various positions in the areas of cost accounting, budget & controllership, financial analysis & special studies, and project accounting. He also worked with San Miguel Corporation, the Philippines' leading food, beverage & packaging company, where he was assigned in one of the company's beer division regional operations handling financial reporting & variance analysis and credit & accounts management. In September 2004 Rene and his family migrated to Australia and settled in Port Macquarie. He joined Bugden & Partners in June 2005 as an accountant providing a comprehensive range of accounting and taxation services for individuals, trusts, companies and self managed super funds.

Kelly grew up in the Macleay Valley, attending school in Kempsey. In February 2001 she moved to Armidale to commence a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of New England. After completing her degree in December 2004, she commenced work with Roberts & Morrow Chartered Accountants in Armidale, where she worked as an accountant specialising in tax compliance, capital gains tax and small business advice for primary producers. In June 2008, Kelly returned to the Macleay Valley with her husband Daniel, and commenced work as an accountant with Bugden & Partners Chartered Accountants. Kelly is currently completing her Chartered Accounting Program (ICAA) and is looking forward to completing the final modules whilst servicing the clients of the firm.

Grant completed a Bachelor of Commerce with the University of New England in 2001 before moving to Sydney where he began working with ING Australia as part of the superannuation administration and customer support area as a Senior Service Consultant. In January 2005 Grant relocated to Port Macquarie where he was employed by Country Energy for 12 months in the IT Asset Management area before moving into a Paraplanner position with Bugden & Partners Financial Planning in March 2006.

After completing his Diploma of Financial Services Grant became an Authorised Representative of Lonsdale Financial Group Limited in November 2006 where he moved into the role of a financial planner providing advice in superannuation, retirement planning, aged care, taxation planning, portfolio construction, insurance and gearing strategies. Grant is currently completing his Advanced Diploma of Financial Services.
